How it works
Cera-Q (silk fibroin protein hydrolysate) has no established mechanism in human studies; the one 3-week trial we could cite reported dose-dependent gains on a memory quotient, learning gradient and recall measures at 400–600mg/day (the trial tested 280–600mg). Goji Berry extract provides antioxidant neuroprotection via zeaxanthin and betaine compounds — Goji is a staple in TCM with centuries of documented use. BrainMAX+ comes as powder sachets dissolved in water. The one Cera-Q trial we could cite measured memory after 3 weeks; it did not measure mental clarity or onset. It is priced as a premium product.

- Korea's food regulator (MFDS) revoked Cera-Q's functional-ingredient recognition in November 2017 after its supporting mouse study was retracted for data fabrication (retraction notice: J Microbiol Biotechnol, Dec 2016); in Korea it is sold as a general food (per Yang & Chung 2026, Food Supplements and Biomaterials for Health, and Sisa Journal, Feb 2020).
